Pleasure, we are Cristina and Letizia, we like animals and good food (and also good wine) and we are two real estate agents.

Our Real Estate Agency “Dimora Immobiliare” was founded with the idea of making ourselves available to customers by meeting their needs not only with numbers, but also with passion for our work.

We can’t make speeches with unattainable promises regarding record times, stratospheric gains or impossible goals. Our profession is to sell, but for us the end never justifies the means.

That’s why we try to sell the way we’d like to buy. We understand that those who come to us are interested in making the deal, but what is a deal? We have not yet understood it, but in all the negotiations we have closed over the years we have seen buyers happy with their new home.

What is certain is that if there’s a good feeling between the real estate agent and the customer, then trust is generated and it’s easier to meet everyone’s needs

How we work

We thought you might be interested in knowing why you should choose us for the sale of your home, so we have created a list of how we work, divided into 7 points:

  1. We are convinced that the most important part is trust: but it can only be won over time, for example, by sitting down having a coffee, talking about everything and anything (do you also have a dog and a cat?). It will be useful to better understand your expectations.
  2. We will have to decide at what price to sell your home: it will be difficult for you, we know it well. For us however, it’s easier to talk to you about figures appropriate to the market value, it’s our job, this is also why you are here.
  3. A list of all the documentation you need: (act of origin, building registry, floor plans, energy certification, any amnesties, etc. …). If you are thinking that maybe you do not have all the required documents, no problem, our trusted technicians will take care of it.
  4. Sales ad: First of all we will check the house together, and arrange it to make it even more beautiful, using Home Staging techniques that Cristina learned during her studies.  Then we’ll take photos and get the description ready. The photographs and description will be studied to be found on our real estate website and ready for any paid campaigns on Facebook. 
  5. Your ad will be online immediately:
    a) on the Agency’s website
    b) on the immobiliare.it website (and all immobiliare.it satellite portals)
    c) on Facebook and Instagram
    You’ll be able to find it on a bulletin board that we have in the city centre, which is located in the main street, in Via Segantini, where everyone from locals to foreign tourists pass for a visit to see the shops or a walk enjoying a good ice cream.
    If you would like, we will also put a  for sale sign on the balcony of the house.
  6. We will accompany the potential buyers and of course we will take care of the negotiations and draw up the purchase proposal. Then we will make the settlement and go to the notary.
